Role Overview:
The candidate will be responsible for optimizing video content for the Drishti Teaching Exams YouTube Channel to improve search rankings, visibility, CTR, and organic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct keyword research for video topics
Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, hashtags, and metadata
Improve discoverability in search and suggested feeds
Analyze performance metrics (CTR, retention, impressions, traffic sources)
Conduct competitor and trend analysis
Suggest thumbnail and title improvements
Track keyword rankings and prepare performance reports
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm and SEO
Experience with tools such as TubeBuddy, VidIQ, etc.
Analytical mindset with reporting ability
