Caretake - Agra.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cook cum caretaker to manage daily food preparation and cooking. The candidate should have good knowledge of Indian cuisine, maintain high standards of hygiene, and ensure timely preparation of quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner as per the daily menu.

• Prepare Indian dishes while maintaining taste, quality, and consistency.

• Handle food preparation activities such as washing, cutting, chopping, marinating, and seasoning.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and cooking equipment.

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards during food preparation.

• Monitor kitchen supplies and inform the concerned person about stock requirements.

• Minimize food wastage and ensure proper use of ingredients.

• Ensure all meals are prepared and served on time.

• Maintain personal hygiene and follow kitchen safety practices.

• Perform other kitchen-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Cook preferred.

• Good knowledge of Indian cuisine.

• Ability to prepare meals independently.

• Knowledge of basic food hygiene and kitchen safety.

• Good time management and cleanliness.

• Reliable, punctual, and disciplined.

• Ability to work effectively with other kitchen/support staff.

Education: 8th/10th pass or equivalent; relevant cooking experience will be considered.
