Operations Manager – Airbnb Properties (US)

Industry: Hospitality / Vacation Rental Management (Airbnb)

Location: Hitech City / Kondapur / Gachibowli, Hyderabad
(Final office location will be decided based on hiring.)

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Positions: 2–3

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (mandatory)

• Experience in Hospitality, Hotel Operations, Airbnb, Vacation Rentals, Guest Relations, or Property Management preferred

• Ability to coordinate with guests, vendors, and property teams

• Good problem-solving and customer service skills

• Comfortable working in US shift timings

Eligibility

• Male candidates only

• Young candidates should be willing to work from the office

• Senior experienced professionals may be offered a Work From Home option

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of Airbnb properties in the US

• Handle guest communication and booking coordination

• Resolve guest issues and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes

• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and local vendors

• Monitor occupancy, reservations, and guest satisfaction
