About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Travel Agents and travel professionals to contribute their industry knowledge to an AI training project.

You’ll review travel scenarios, evaluate itineraries and customer interactions, and provide practical feedback based on real-world travel industry experience.

Previous AI experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Review travel planning, booking, and customer-service scenarios.

• Evaluate AI-generated itineraries, recommendations, and booking responses.

• Identify inaccurate, impractical, or incomplete travel information.

• Create realistic booking scenarios covering different destinations and customer needs.

• Assess sales approaches, negotiation strategies, and upselling opportunities.

• Review customer-service responses for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.

• Provide structured feedback and recommendations for improving travel-related AI responses.

• Participate in written and verbal project discussions when clarification or expert input is required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, or in a closely related role.

• Strong knowledge of travel planning and booking processes.

• Experience handling customer inquiries and complex travel requirements.

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong reading comprehension and attention to detail.

• Ability to evaluate information critically and identify errors or inconsistencies.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience with:

• International and domestic travel planning.

• Complex itineraries and multi-destination trips.

• Customer complaints and conflict resolution.

• Travel sales and upselling.

• Booking systems and travel technology.

• Different traveler profiles and destination requirements.

• Current travel industry practices and trends.

What You'll Work On

Assignments may include:

• Reviewing an AI-generated travel itinerary.

• Evaluating a response to a customer booking request.

• Creating realistic traveler scenarios.

• Assessing hotel, flight, or destination recommendations.

• Reviewing sales and upselling conversations.

• Identifying gaps in customer-service responses.

• Comparing different AI responses and selecting the most useful one.

• Providing recommendations based on your professional experience.

Compensation

$20–$35 per hour, depending on the project and assignment.

This is a contract opportunity, and available hours may vary based on project requirements.
