About the Role

We are looking for small business owners and professionals with strong knowledge of small business operations to evaluate and compare AI chatbot responses across realistic business scenarios.

In this role, you will create business-focused prompts based on real-world needs, interact with multiple AI chatbots, and assess the quality of their responses for clarity, usefulness, accuracy, and practical value.

Your real-world business knowledge will help evaluate how effectively AI systems handle everyday small business tasks, decisions, customer interactions, research, marketing, data analysis, and financial planning.

What You’ll Do

• Create realistic business-related prompts based on defined user goals.

• Develop scenarios reflecting real-world small business operations and challenges.

• Interact with multiple AI chatbots, with a maximum of 5 turns per conversation.

• Compare responses from different AI systems.

• Evaluate responses for:

  • Clarity

  • Usefulness

  • Accuracy

  • Relevance to the business scenario

• Provide structured feedback and comparative evaluations.

• Submit conversation transcripts and completed evaluation results.

• Use your business knowledge and judgment to determine whether AI-generated responses are practical and appropriate for the given scenario.

What You’ll Work On

Your evaluation tasks may involve real-world small business activities such as:

• Creating engaging visual content for marketing.

• Answering and evaluating situations involving day-to-day business operations.

• Assessing customer interactions and responses.

• Conducting market research.

• Generating and evaluating business ideas within your area of expertise.

• Working with data to support business analysis and financial planning.

• Reviewing AI-generated responses for different small business use cases.

• Working with input materials including:

  • Spreadsheets

  • PDFs

  • Images

  • Business-related documents

Required Qualifications

• Current or previous experience as a small business owner, or strong practical understanding of small business operations.

• Strong knowledge of real-world business activities and decision-making.

• Business-related documents available in English for use within the evaluation workflow.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to assess information objectively and compare alternative responses.

• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines consistently.

• Comfortable interacting with AI tools and chatbots.

• Strong attention to detail when reviewing AI-generated content and evaluation results.
