Bring your hands-on SaaS operations expertise to a project focused on improving operational efficiency, system adoption, and data integrity across sales, revenue, and customer success environments.
You’ll work directly with CRM platforms and connected revenue tools to design scalable workflows, maintain accurate data, resolve operational complexities, and provide practical insights that help shape next-generation AI systems. No prior AI experience is required — your real-world domain expertise is what matters.
Configure and optimize CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems.
Align CRM structures and workflows with evolving sales, revenue, and customer success processes.
Maintain CRM systems to support efficient and sustainable operations.
Integrate and manage revenue-related tools connected to the CRM.
Work with quoting, billing, ticketing, project tracking, and other operational platforms.
Ensure connected systems support consistent workflows across sales and customer success teams.
Establish and document operational workflows that adapt to changing business requirements.
Design practical processes that encourage adoption among sales and customer success stakeholders.
Provide feedback on system usability and workflow effectiveness.
Contribute real-world insights to improve operational best practices.
Monitor data accuracy across interconnected revenue and customer management systems.
Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies.
Produce detailed, actionable reports that improve transparency and operational decision-making.

Direct, hands-on responsibility for configuring and maintaining CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Experience working with at least two connected tools outside the CRM, such as quoting, billing, ticketing, or project tracking platforms.
Strong understanding of SaaS revenue and customer success operations.
Experience designing and documenting operational workflows.
Strong operational judgment, including the ability to assess and resolve conflicting policies.
Experience maintaining data accuracy and integrity across interconnected systems.
Ability to produce detailed reports and actionable operational documentation.
Demonstrated ability to support workflow and system adoption among sales and customer success teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work through operational complexity and changing business requirements with practical, sustainable solutions.
