Recruiter – AI Training Project

About the Role

We’re looking for experienced Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals to contribute their expertise to an AI training project.

You’ll apply your recruiting knowledge to sourcing, candidate evaluation, interviewing, and labor-market analysis while providing practical feedback on recruitment-related tasks.

Previous AI experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using professional networks, job boards, databases, and other talent channels.

• Review resumes and assess candidates against role requirements.

• Develop and evaluate candidate profiles and sourcing strategies.

• Conduct or assess structured interview processes.

• Provide clear feedback on candidate suitability and selection decisions.

• Research job markets, talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring conditions.

• Evaluate recruiting scenarios and identify effective approaches.

• Apply consultative communication when engaging with candidates and professionals.

• Share practical recommendations based on current recruitment practices.

• Document findings and communicate insights clearly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or sourcing.

• Strong experience with candidate sourcing and talent identification.

• Skilled in resume screening and candidate assessment.

• Experience conducting or supporting structured interviews.

• Good understanding of changing job markets and talent availability.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and manage remote deliverables.

• Comfortable adapting to changing project requirements.

Compensation

$30–$42 per hour, depending on the project and assignment.

This is a contract opportunity, and available hours may vary according to project requirements.
