Hourly Rate: $90–$170/hour

About the Role

Apply your hands-on QuickBooks and accounting expertise to help evaluate and improve AI systems.

In this role, you will work with real-world accounting workflows, financial data, reconciliations, and reporting. Your practical experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop will help identify accounting errors, workflow issues, and inconsistencies while supporting the development of more accurate AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

QuickBooks & Accounting Operations

  • Work with QuickBooks Online and/or QuickBooks Desktop.

  • Manage invoicing and bill payments.

  • Perform bank reconciliations.

  • Maintain and manage Charts of Accounts.

  • Maintain customer and vendor records.

  • Review accounting workflows and identify potential issues.

Financial Reporting & Data Review

  • Generate and review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.

  • Validate financial data for accuracy and consistency.

  • Identify accounting errors, discrepancies, and workflow issues.

  • Apply practical accounting knowledge when reviewing financial information.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop.

  • Strong bookkeeping or accounting background.

  • Experience with financial reporting and reconciliations.

  • Practical understanding of accounting workflows and financial data.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, Finance Professional, or Small Business Owner.

  • Experience managing multiple clients or business entities.

  • Familiarity with financial compliance and accounting best practices.
