About the Role

We’re looking for experienced PC gamers to participate in a gaming data project that supports the development and training of AI systems.

You’ll play selected PC games, capture gameplay data, annotate important events, and provide feedback on game behavior and data quality.

Previous AI experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Play assigned PC games for approximately 2–3 hours per day.

• Record gameplay video and relevant keyboard and mouse activity.

• Capture required in-game events and technical gameplay data.

• Annotate gameplay scenarios accurately according to project guidelines.

• Review recorded data for missing, incorrect, or unusual information.

• Identify and document bugs, gameplay issues, and data anomalies.

• Provide clear feedback on gameplay, user experience, and game mechanics.

• Submit recordings, annotations, and project updates on schedule.

• Follow all project requirements relating to data security and privacy.

Requirements

• Strong experience with PC gaming.

• Good understanding of game mechanics, strategies, and gameplay systems.

• Ability to consistently complete scheduled gaming sessions.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and annotation guidelines.

• Reliable computer and gaming setup.

• Good written and verbal communication.

• Ability to work independently and meet submission deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Competitive or professional gaming.

• Game testing or quality assurance.

• Gameplay annotation.

• Gameplay recording.

• Telemetry or technical data collection.

• Identifying and documenting bugs.

• Providing structured gaming or user-experience feedback.

What You'll Work On

Depending on the project, you may be asked to:

• Record specific gameplay sequences.

• Capture particular in-game events.

• Label or annotate gameplay moments.

• Evaluate whether recorded data accurately represents the game.

• Identify unexpected game behavior.

• Compare gameplay outcomes.

• Provide feedback on mechanics, controls, and user experience.

Compensation

$10–$14 per hour for approved project work.

The expected commitment is approximately 2–3 hours of gaming per day, with specific schedules and available hours determined by project requirements.
