About the Role

We are seeking detail-oriented Motion Graphics Artists to support a project focused on video annotation and evaluation involving robotics and human activity.

You will review short video clips, evaluate movements and actions against written instructions, assess AI-generated annotations, and ensure video data is accurately labeled and consistently evaluated.

No prior AI experience is required. Your visual expertise, attention to detail, and ability to accurately interpret motion and activity are what matter most.

What You'll Do

• Review and analyze short videos featuring robots or people performing specific actions.

• Evaluate whether observed actions accurately follow provided written instructions.

• Assess the accuracy, completeness, and sequence of actions against defined requirements and end states.

• Compare video samples and determine which better satisfies a specified instruction.

• Review, correct, and improve AI-generated video annotations.

• Refine action boundaries, descriptions, labels, and feedback where necessary.

• Identify subtle differences in movement, object interaction, positioning, and action sequences.

• Document observations and evaluation decisions clearly and consistently.

• Apply detailed evaluation rubrics to video content.

• Maintain high standards of annotation accuracy and quality throughout assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Experience with video annotation, video analysis, motion graphics, visual content review, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify subtle visual differences.

• Ability to accurately interpret human and robotic movements.

• Familiarity with evaluating actions, sequences, and object interactions.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions, guidelines, and evaluation criteria.

• Strong quality assurance and consistency skills.

• Ability to make objective decisions when comparing visual content.

• Knowledge or experience in robotics is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and maintain consistent quality across repetitive evaluation tasks.
