Job Description

We are selecting Management Analysts (Consultants) to support a customer project and contribute expertise in business strategy, structured problem-solving, and executive communications. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

1. Analyze complex, ambiguous business problems and structure them into clear, actionable frameworks.

2. Aggregate and synthesize scattered, unorganized information to develop concise insights and recommendations.

3. Create executive-ready slide decks that tell a clear, compelling story, highlighting key findings and 1–2 actionable recommendations.

4. Conduct basic quantitative analysis in Excel to support development of recommendations and validate hypotheses.

5. Communicate insights effectively in both written and verbal formats within a remote project environment.

6. Collaborate with project leads to refine deliverables and ensure alignment with client objectives and expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Proven track record as a strategy analyst, management consultant, or similar business advisory contributor.

2. Exceptional ability to turn unstructured information into clear narratives and strategic recommendations.

3. Advanced proficiency in building polished, executive-level PowerPoint presentations.

4. Strong analytical skills, including comfort with basic data analysis in Excel.

5. Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities, especially in virtual settings.

6. Experience working independently on remote projects with minimal guidance.

7. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering concise, high-impact deliverables.
