About the Role

We are looking for experienced Frontend Engineer Specialists with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, modern frontend architecture, and technical communication.

In this role, you will apply your frontend engineering experience to analyze technical decisions, evaluate code and component architectures, assess state management approaches, and provide clear, structured written reasoning. You will also contribute technical documentation and expert domain input to projects focused on training and evaluating next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Your frontend engineering expertise is what matters.

What You’ll Do

Frontend Engineering & Technical Reasoning

• Analyze frontend engineering decisions and provide clear, concise written rationales for technical approaches and architectural patterns.

• Evaluate frontend implementations and explain the reasoning behind technical choices.

• Assess component architecture and state management solutions in real-world engineering scenarios.

Code & Architecture Review

• Evaluate and critique code samples, component architectures, and state management solutions.

• Provide contextual, actionable written feedback.

• Participate in code review simulations and technical discussions.

• Synthesize technical insights into clear and constructive commentary.

Technical Documentation

• Produce high-quality technical documentation, including RFCs, ADRs, and design notes.

• Document frontend development approaches, architectural decisions, and technical reasoning.

• Communicate engineering decisions in a structured and technically rigorous manner.

Performance, Accessibility & Rendering

• Communicate complex frontend concepts through precise, well-structured written output.

• Analyze frontend performance optimization approaches.

• Apply knowledge of accessibility and inclusive web development practices.

• Explain rendering strategies, including SSR, CSR, and SSG.

AI Training & Domain Expertise

• Contribute expert-level frontend engineering input to AI training and evaluation projects.

• Apply real-world engineering knowledge to frontend development scenarios.

• Provide high-quality professional insights that help shape how AI systems learn, reason, and perform in the context of frontend engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional frontend engineering experience using JavaScript, TypeScript, React or comparable frameworks, and modern HTML/CSS practices.

• Proven ability to author clear, technically rigorous documentation, including RFCs, ADRs, or detailed code review feedback.

• Strong understanding of component architecture, state management patterns, and frontend performance optimization.

• Demonstrated familiarity with accessibility and best practices for inclusive web development.

• Experience with server-side, client-side, and static site rendering strategies.

• Exceptional written English communication skills, with the ability to explain sophisticated technical subjects to varied audiences.

• Background with leading technology organizations or top academic institutions is a plus.
