About the Role

We are seeking experienced Fashion and Interior Styling Experts to evaluate, develop and refine styling concepts for fashion, wardrobe and interior projects. This opportunity is suited to professionals with practical experience styling outfits, selecting wardrobe pieces, arranging spaces or creating visual concepts for editorial projects, brands, retail environments, productions or private clients.

You will review styling proposals, outfits and room setups against specific briefs, assessing elements such as fit, proportion, scale, color, materials and overall suitability. You will identify what works, highlight practical or aesthetic issues, and explain your recommendations clearly. You may also contribute to developing or improving styling briefs, mood descriptions and shopping lists.

The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, understands how styling decisions translate into real-world settings, and can balance creative direction with client requirements, budgets and practical considerations.

Key Responsibilities

• Styling Evaluation: Review outfits, wardrobe selections and interior arrangements, identifying the strongest options for a particular brief, season, client or setting.

• Fit and Proportion Assessment: Evaluate garment fit, outfit balance, proportions, room scale, furniture placement and the relationship between individual styling elements.

• Color and Material Selection: Assess color combinations, fabrics, textures and materials for their visual appeal, suitability and compatibility with the intended use.

• Practical Suitability: Identify selections that may not work in practice, including incorrect sizing, unsuitable fabrics, impractical materials or items that do not fit the available space.

• Brief and Budget Alignment: Determine whether proposed looks and spaces meet the client's requirements, budget, intended setting and overall creative direction.

• Fashion and Wardrobe Recommendations: Assess clothing, accessories and styling combinations for suitability, coherence and alignment with the intended look.

• Interior and Space Styling: Review room setups, furniture, décor and styling elements to determine whether they work together effectively within the available space.

• Styling Brief Development: Write, review or improve styling briefs, mood descriptions and creative direction documents.

• Sourcing and Shopping Lists: Prepare or refine item lists and sourcing recommendations that support the required look or space.

• Decision Documentation: Provide concise written explanations for styling assessments and recommendations so that reviewers can understand the reasoning behind each decision.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Professional experience as a Fashion Stylist, Wardrobe Stylist, Personal Stylist, Interior Stylist, Set Stylist, Prop Stylist, Home Stylist or in a closely related role.

• Practical experience delivering styling work for editorial projects, brands, retail, productions or private clients.

• Experience working with real styling assignments, including interpreting briefs, sourcing items, coordinating fittings or installations, and delivering completed work to clients.

• Strong understanding of fashion styling, wardrobe coordination, interior styling or relevant specialist areas.

• Ability to assess fit, proportion, scale, color, materials and overall visual consistency.

• Good judgment when evaluating whether styling choices are practical and appropriate for a specific client, budget, environment or purpose.

• Ability to explain why a particular look or space works and identify areas that need improvement.

• Strong attention to detail and clear written English communication skills.

• Ability to interpret creative briefs and provide structured, practical recommendations.

Preferred Background

Experience in fashion editorials, wardrobe styling, personal styling, interior design and styling, set production, prop styling, retail visual merchandising or home staging is beneficial. Candidates who have managed sourcing, fittings, installations or client-facing styling projects will bring relevant practical experience.
