We are seeking experienced Brand and Social Creative Experts to evaluate and improve the quality, effectiveness and suitability of marketing and social media creative content. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience developing, directing, reviewing or approving creative work for brands, marketing agencies or clients.
You will assess a range of creative assets, including social media posts, advertisements, videos and campaign concepts. Your role will involve evaluating how well each piece meets its brief, communicates the intended message, reflects the brand's identity and fits the platform and target audience. You will also identify potential issues involving advertising claims, disclosures, usage rights and platform policies, providing clear written explanations for your assessments.
This role is particularly suited to creative strategists, brand creatives, art directors, copywriters, social media specialists and content leads who have contributed to real campaigns and understand what makes creative work effective.
Creative Evaluation: Review marketing assets, social media posts, advertisements, videos and campaign concepts, assessing their overall quality and effectiveness against defined objectives.
Concept Comparison: Compare different creative approaches and identify which is stronger for a particular campaign goal, audience or marketing objective.
Brand Alignment: Evaluate whether creative content follows the brand's identity, tone of voice, messaging guidelines and creative standards.
Brief Assessment: Check that deliverables address the original brief, communicate the intended message and meet the campaign requirements.
Platform Suitability: Assess whether creative assets are appropriate for their intended platforms, considering content formats, audience expectations and platform-specific requirements.
Audience and Message Evaluation: Review how effectively creative work communicates its message and connects with the intended audience.
Advertising and Policy Review: Flag potentially misleading claims, missing disclosures, rights concerns or content that may conflict with applicable platform policies.
Creative Recommendations: Identify strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for improvement across different creative executions.
Decision Documentation: Provide concise written explanations supporting your evaluations so that reviewers can understand why particular creative choices are effective or unsuitable.
Professional experience as a Brand Creative, Creative Strategist, Art Director, Copywriter, Social Media Creative, Content Lead, Creative Producer or in a related marketing and creative role.
Demonstrated experience working on real marketing campaigns, including creative briefs, content development, reviews, approvals, publishing or campaign execution.
Practical understanding of brand positioning, creative direction, marketing communication and audience engagement.
Familiarity with at least two major digital or social media platforms, such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn or paid social channels.
Ability to evaluate creative work based on its objectives, brand alignment, audience relevance and platform suitability.
Understanding of advertising content requirements, including claims, disclosures, usage rights and platform policies.
Strong critical thinking and creative judgment, with the ability to distinguish effective creative work from content that does not meet its intended purpose.
Clear written English communication skills and the ability to explain creative decisions in a structured, concise manner.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow project briefs and evaluation guidelines.
Experience working in a creative or marketing agency, brand team, digital marketing department, advertising business or social media production environment is beneficial. Candidates who have been involved in campaign development, creative approvals, content publishing and performance reviews will bring relevant practical insight to the role.
Application: Submit your resume and a short professional profile outlining your experience in brand creative, marketing, social media or content development.
Creative Interview: Complete a short conversation about your professional experience with creative briefs, campaigns, brand communication and content evaluation. No advance preparation, written assignment or review of materials is required.
Experience Review: Your professional background will be assessed against the project's requirements.
Onboarding: If selected, you will receive the relevant project guidelines and instructions.
Initial Task: You will begin with an initial task, which will be reviewed before you proceed with further assignments.
