We are seeking experienced art buying and photography representation professionals to evaluate creative briefs, cost estimates, and image licensing arrangements.
This opportunity is suited to professionals who have commissioned or represented photographers and other visual artists for agencies, brands, publications, or studios. You will assess creative fit, pricing, usage terms, and potential contractual or logistical gaps, then provide clear written explanations of your decisions.
Review creative briefs and determine which photographer or visual artist is best suited to the project.
Evaluate cost estimates and identify missing, inflated, or out-of-range items.
Assess whether usage rights—including media, territory, duration, and exclusivity—align with client requirements and agreed fees.
Identify potential gaps in contracts, releases, insurance, or project logistics.
Provide concise written explanations supporting each decision so reviewers can follow your reasoning.
Professional experience as an art buyer, photo buyer, creative producer, agency producer, photography agent, artist representative, or licensing manager.
Experience handling real projects involving briefs, estimates, negotiations, contracts, and delivery.
Working knowledge of image licensing and usage terms.
Ability to explain why a creative choice or price is appropriate—or why it is not.
