About the Role

We are seeking experienced Accountants and Auditors with strong expertise in financial reporting, auditing, tax compliance, and financial analysis.

In this role, you will apply your practical finance and accounting knowledge to review financial information, assess compliance, develop financial models, evaluate audit procedures, and provide clear, well-supported recommendations. Your expertise will also contribute to the development and training of next-generation AI systems.

No prior AI experience is required. Your professional knowledge and real-world finance experience are what matter most.

What You'll Do

• Review financial statements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GAAP or IFRS.

• Analyze financial data and identify inconsistencies, risks, or reporting issues.

• Develop, review, and validate financial models using advanced Excel functions.

• Assess audit procedures, supporting documentation, and internal control frameworks.

• Review tax compliance documentation for accuracy and alignment with applicable requirements.

• Prepare clear, detailed reports summarizing financial findings and recommendations.

• Evaluate financial documentation and reporting practices against established standards.

• Develop real-world financial scenarios and case studies based on professional experience.

• Provide concise, constructive feedback on financial analysis, reporting, and documentation.

• Apply sound professional judgment when evaluating complex financial information.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in accounting, financial reporting, auditing, or tax compliance.

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and international financial reporting requirements.

• Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and analytical functions.

• Proven experience conducting audits and preparing audit documentation.

• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting processes.

• Experience analyzing financial statements and complex financial data.

• Ability to explain complex accounting and financial concepts clearly and accurately.

• Strong written communication and analytical skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or risks.

• Ability to provide objective, well-supported feedback and recommendations.

• Experience with finance process improvement or technology-driven finance projects is a plus.

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is highly valued.
