Backend Developer (US).

We are seeking a Backend Developer to join our team. In this role you will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. The position offers a hybrid work environment across multiple US locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and services.

• Build robust RESTful APIs and integrate backend services.

• Develop backend services using Java, Python, and Node.js.

• Design and integrate databases and data‑access layers.

• Optimize backend applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.

• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure API practices.

• Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

Required qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional backend development experience.

• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Node.js.

• Hands‑on experience building RESTful APIs.

• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Proficiency with Git version control and collaborative development.

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications.

• Familiarity with message brokers like Redis or Kafka.

• Experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Express.js, Django, or FastAPI.
