Job Title: Business Development Trainee

Location: Mukherjee Nagar, New Delhi

Role Overview

The Business Development Trainee will be responsible for counselling students, promoting our courses, and supporting the admissions process through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

- Interact with students and parents to understand their goals and suggest suitable courses.

- Conduct telephonic and online counselling sessions to explain course features and benefits.

- Follow up on enquiries through calls, messages, and emails to encourage enrolments.

- Maintain and update student data in the CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Work towards daily and monthly targets for enquiries, counselling, and admissions.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of enrolled students.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi).

- Confident, student-friendly, and willing to work in a target-driven environment.

- Basic computer knowledge; willingness to learn CRM tools.

Experience

- Freshers are welcome. Training will be provided.
