ROLE OVERVIEW

The Operations Head – Mentorship will lead and scale Drishti's mentorship programme across UPSC and State PCS verticals. This is a leadership role responsible for designing the mentorship operational framework.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and own the end-to-end mentorship delivery model — from designing a course to onboarding students and smooth functioning of the programs.

• Tracking student engagement rate, session completion, satisfaction scores, and conversion to course renewals.

• Establish an SOP-driven workflow for mentor-student assignment, escalation handling, and conflict resolution.

• Co-ordinating with various teams including Content, Website, Tech, Marketing etc to align and optimise mentorship operations.

• Present monthly operations report to senior leadership.

• Explore and pilot group mentorship, peer-learning cohorts, and alumni mentorship models.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate / Postgraduate

• 1–3 years in EdTech, coaching operations, or student success leadership

• Prior experience managing a team

• Strong data orientation — comfortable reading dashboards and building reports

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other tools

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Personal familiarity with UPSC preparation journey (appeared or cleared is a plus)

• Experience designing SOPs and program schedules from scratch

• Fluency in Hindi and working English
