Multi Tasking Staff (MTS).

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support

Assist in classroom arrangements: setting up chairs, maintaining board markers, classroom materials, etc.

Ensure availability of drinking water, stationery, and other basic requirements.

Support smooth functioning of daily institute operations.

Administrative Assistance

Handle photocopying, scanning, and document movement.

Assist in filing, courier receiving/sending, and delivering documents internally.

Run small office errands as instructed.

Student & Visitor Assistance

Guide visitors and students to the correct department or classroom.

Support reception/admin in basic coordination and material handling.

Offer tea/coffee to employees and visitors as required.

Maintenance Coordination

Report issues related to electrical equipment, furniture, lighting, or repairs.

Assist in minor maintenance support under supervision.

General Responsibilities

Follow institute rules, discipline, and work timings.

Maintain polite and professional behaviour at all times.

Perform additional duties assigned by management related to institute operations.

Skills & Requirements:

Basic reading/writing skills.

Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Prior experience in office support roles (preferred).
