The Maharashtra State Public Service Commission's preliminary examination scheduled for 2025. The faculty must meet the following qualifications:
1. Minimum Experience: At least 1 to 5 years of teaching experience specifically for the Maharashtra State Public Service Commission examination.
2. Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Marathi and English languages, enabling them to conduct classes effectively in both.
3. State-Specific Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Maharashtra-related topics is mandatory.
4. Subject Expertise: Preference will be given to faculty with expertise in more than one of the following subjects:
* History & Culture of India and Maharashtra
* Geography of Maharashtra, India, and the World
* Polity & Governance of India and Maharashtra
* Economic and Social Development (India & Maharashtra)
* Environment & Ecology
* Current Events of State, National, and International relevance
* Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, Basic Numeracy, etc.
* Marathi and English Language Comprehension skills
5. Submission Requirement: Faculty members are required to submit their resume along with a demo video.
Note: Faculty will be remunerated on an hourly basis. Therefore, it is imperative that they complete the assigned classes within the stipulated hours.
