We’re Hiring: AI Instructor for Drishti Skills Vertical

At Drishti, we’re building India’s most relatable AI learning ecosystem—designed for housewives, small entrepreneurs, retirees, students, and everyday learners. Our mission is to make AI approachable, practical, and empowering for all, beyond the jargon and fear.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver engaging video lessons in Hindi/Hinglish + lead offline AI workshops.

• Break down AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, GenAI, etc.) into jargon-free, real-life use cases—from home & health to finance & side income.

• Use stories, examples, and motivational teaching to build confidence in first-time digital learners.

• Work with our content team to create quizzes, assignments, and take-home resources.

• Support learners through community groups (WhatsApp/Telegram Q&A).

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate degree (B.Tech/M.Tech preferred).

• Experience as a teacher / trainer / instructor (online or offline).

• A natural communicator who can turn complex ideas into simple, friendly conversations.

• Comfortable on camera + confident leading classroom-style workshops.

• Strong grasp of AI tools and trends, with curiosity to explore new use cases.

• Passionate about helping first-time digital learners overcome fear of technology.
