Admission Executive .

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, guiding them through the admission process, and converting leads into enrollments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of the UPSC/competitive exam ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from students and parents.

Provide detailed information about courses, batches, fee structure, and admission procedures.

Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable UPSC preparation programs.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the system.

Achieve admission targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding of students.

Assist in organizing seminars, counselling sessions, and promotional events.

Follow up with prospective students regularly to ensure conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).

Prior experience in admissions, counselling, or sales (EdTech/UPSC background preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of UPSC examination pattern and preparation ecosystem.

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
