Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Email Marketing & Domain Hosting Specialist with more than 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing mass mailing campaigns, overseeing email server management, and handling domain hosting. This role requires a deep understanding of email delivery systems, security protocols, DNS configurations, and the ability to ensure optimal email marketing performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mass Email Campaign Management: Design, implement, and optimize large-scale email marketing campaigns. Manage the entire email lifecycle from content creation to delivery and reporting.

• Email Server Management: Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of email servers and ensure their security, deliverability, and optimal performance.

• Domain Hosting Management: Manage domain hosting setups, and configurations, and ensure proper email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) are in place to prevent email spoofing and improve deliverability.

• Email Deliverability Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve email deliverability rates, analyze bounce rates, and work to ensure high inbox placement rates.

• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure compliance with email regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and industry best practices to safeguard data privacy and improve user experience.

• Analytics & Reporting: Provide regular reports on campaign performance, email delivery rates, open rates, click-through rates (CTR), bounce rates, and other KPIs. Use data to adjust strategies and improve future campaigns.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, IT, and development teams to ensure the smooth execution of email marketing strategies and domain management.

• Troubleshooting & Support: Handle any issues related to email delivery failures, server downtimes, or domain issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to email campaigns.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in mass email management, email marketing, domain hosting, and email server management.

• Technical Expertise:

o Expertise in email platforms like [list relevant platforms, e.g., Mailchimp, SendGrid, Amazon SES, etc.]

o Strong understanding of DNS, SMTP, IMAP, and email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).

o Experience in managing and configuring email servers (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Postfix, etc.).

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze email campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes to maximize results.

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Certifications (Optional): Relevant certifications such as [list any certifications that are preferred, e.g., Certified Email Marketing Professional (CEMP), Google Analytics, etc.].

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-volume email marketing and complex email automation.

• Familiarity with various email marketing tools and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.

• Experience with database management and data segmentation for targeted email campaigns.
