We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to expand our reach and enhance our growth in the Dad of Ad team. This role is perfect for individuals with 0-6 months of experience in sales or marketing, who are eager to contribute to the success of a dynamic content service agency.

Job Type - Full-Time

Job CTC - 4-4.5 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

Job Function - Sales Department

Key Responsibilities:

● Actively engage in direct outreach to prospect and initiate conversations with potential leads, effectively understanding their needs and requirements.

● Foster enduring relationships with clients through personalised communication and consistent follow-up, leveraging insights gained from cold calls.

● Customize solutions to address the unique needs and objectives of prospective clients, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.

● Strategically schedule and coordinate outreach efforts, arranging discussions and appointments between potential clients and account managers.

● Ensure seamless collaboration between the sales and account management teams, facilitating a unified approach to client engagement.

● Maintain detailed records of outbound lead interactions, including cold calls made and scheduled meetings, on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

● Provide regular reports on outbound sales activities, lead conversion rates, and meeting outcomes to management.

● Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, utilising insights to refine cold calling and outreach strategies.

● Strive to exceed established sales targets by consistently generating qualified leads through proactive cold calling and outreach efforts.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

● 0-6 months of experience in sales, business development, or related area.

● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office.

● Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

● Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
