About this Job:

Skills - Must Have:

CPA designation (Chartered Professional Accountant)

Completion of the CICA In-Depth Tax Program (mandatory for senior-level tax planning roles)

Canadian private company income tax CaseWare, CaseView, Taxprep

Experience as a Manager or Senior Manager in a public accounting firm

10 years in public accounting Demonstrated experience in delivering complex tax planning strategies

Proven ability to supervise and mentor tax staff

Experience in performance feedback and development of junior team members

Capable of coordinating and reviewing special tax projects
