About This Role:

At Collavion, we are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who brings a strong sourcing mindset, curiosity for talent intelligence, and the ability to think beyond traditional recruiting approaches.

You will work closely with leadership, connect with industry professionals and hiring leaders, and contribute directly to building strategic talent pipelines for clients.

Recruitment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and support full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through candidate coordination

• Build strategic talent pipelines for technical and specialized roles

• Conduct creative talent sourcing using LinkedIn, X-Ray search, Boolean search methodologies, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms

• Develop and execute Boolean key string searches based on role requirements

• Brainstorm and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to niche hiring needs

• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical, cultural, and business requirements

• Support talent mapping and market research initiatives

• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand hiring priorities

• Build meaningful relationships with candidates and industry professionals

• Maintain strong candidate experience and communication throughout the recruitment process

• Stay informed on hiring trends, talent market movement, and sourcing techniques

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition preferred

• Strong understanding of Boolean search and sourcing methodologies

• Ability to perform X-Ray LinkedIn searches and advanced talent searches across multiple platforms

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment

• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and recruitment projects

• Interest in learning recruitment strategies across diverse industries and domains

• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills

• Experience working with mid-size to enterprise-level clients is considered an asset
