  • A customer calls with a question about their upcoming install—you walk them through what to expect and put their mind at ease.

  • You connect with the install team to confirm timing on a job and adjust the schedule to keep everything aligned.

  • Midday, you’re updating project notes, confirming part arrivals, and making sure nothing will delay an upcoming install.

  • In the afternoon, you follow up with a customer whose project just wrapped—they’re thrilled, and you guide them through a quick survey.

  • Before the day ends, you’ve solved a scheduling conflict, answered a handful of customer questions, and kept multiple projects moving forward—without anything slipping through the cracks.

  • You leave knowing everything is organized, customers are taken care of, and tomorrow is already set up for success.

What You Bring:

  • Experience in customer service, coordination, scheduling, or admin roles
