CapaCloud is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to drive awareness, adoption, and community growth across the AI and Web3 ecosystems.

You will lead marketing strategy, content initiatives, SEO, product positioning, partnerships, and growth campaigns to establish CapaCloud as a leading decentralized GPU platform.

This role is ideal for a growth-focused marketer who understands technical products and thrives in fast-moving startup environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies

• Lead SEO and AI search optimization initiatives

• Create and manage technical content campaigns

• Build brand positioning and messaging

• Grow social media and community engagement

• Drive developer and startup acquisition campaigns

• Manage product launches and announcements

• Build strategic partnerships across AI and Web3 ecosystems

• Analyze growth metrics and optimize acquisition funnels

• Coordinate email, content, and performance marketing campaigns

• Develop organic acquisition strategies for developers and AI startups

• Create educational and thought leadership content

• Collaborate with DevRel and engineering teams on technical campaigns

• Manage community growth across X, Discord, LinkedIn, Reddit, and Telegram

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in startup, B2B SaaS, AI, cloud, or Web3 marketing

• Strong understanding of SEO and AI search optimization

• Experience building organic growth strategies

• Strong content marketing and storytelling skills

• Familiarity with developer-focused products or technical platforms

• Experience managing social media and online communities

• Understanding of analytics, attribution, and growth metrics

• Experience with content management systems and marketing tools

• Strong communication and project management skills

Nice To Have

• Experience marketing AI infrastructure or GPU platforms

• Experience in decentralized infrastructure or blockchain ecosystems
