Job Details

  • Location: Mohali, Punjab (100% Onsite)

  • Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)

  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

  • Week Offs: Saturday & Sunday

  • Job Type: Full-time


Compensation

  • Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month
    (Based on experience, communication, last salary & interview feedback)

  • Attractive monthly performance incentives linked to revenue generation


Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and sales-driven Business Development Executives for outbound sales in the US market. The role involves identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, generating interest, and booking qualified demos for the sales team.

This is a performance-oriented role with strong earning potential.


Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify US-based realtors, builders, developers, architects, and decision-makers

  • Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generate business opportunities

  • Understand client requirements and present company services effectively

  • Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team

  • Build relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects

  • Maintain CRM updates and proper sales records

  • Use AI tools for research, productivity, and outreach optimization


Performance Expectations

  • Minimum 2 qualified demos booked per working day

  • Strong contribution toward revenue generation

  • Consistent follow-up discipline and CRM accuracy

  • Target and incentive-driven performance mindset


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Outbound Calling, BPO Sales, or Client Acquisition

  • Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills

  • Comfortable handling US-based customers

  • Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales tools

  • Knowledge of LinkedIn, Zillow, Realtor.com, Houzz, or similar platforms preferred

  • Exposure to AI tools will be an added advantage

  • Self-driven and highly incentive-motivated
