Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month

We are looking for energetic and sales-driven Business Development Executives for outbound sales in the US market. The role involves identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, generating interest, and booking qualified demos for the sales team.
This is a performance-oriented role with strong earning potential.
Research and identify US-based realtors, builders, developers, architects, and decision-makers
Conduct outbound calls and outreach to generate business opportunities
Understand client requirements and present company services effectively
Book qualified meetings and demos for the sales team
Build relationships and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects
Maintain CRM updates and proper sales records
Use AI tools for research, productivity, and outreach optimization
Minimum 2 qualified demos booked per working day
Strong contribution toward revenue generation
Consistent follow-up discipline and CRM accuracy
Target and incentive-driven performance mindset
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Outbound Calling, BPO Sales, or Client Acquisition
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills
Comfortable handling US-based customers
Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales tools
Knowledge of LinkedIn, Zillow, Realtor.com, Houzz, or similar platforms preferred
Exposure to AI tools will be an added advantage
Self-driven and highly incentive-motivated
Candidates experienced in Sales, Lead Generation, BPO Sales, or Inside Sales
Professionals comfortable with night shifts and US market communication
Individuals with strong communication and target-oriented mindset
Prior experience in real estate, architecture, SaaS, or service sales is a plus
