We are looking for energetic, ambitious, and sales-driven Business Development Executives who enjoy speaking with clients, building relationships, and earning through performance.
This role is focused on outbound business development for the US market, where your primary objective is to identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, book demos, and contribute directly to revenue generation.
This is an incentive-oriented sales role — the more value you create, the more you earn.

Shift: Night Shift (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospect Research
• Research and identify US-based realtors, home builders, developers, architects, and decision-makers using company databases and online platforms (LinkedIn, Zoom info, etc).
• Qualify prospects based on business potential and sales opportunities.
• Prepare relevant information to personalize conversations.
Outbound Sales & Client Engagement
• Conduct outbound calls and outreach activities to generate business opportunities.
• Understand prospect requirements and present Biorev’s services effectively.
• Handle objections confidently and build interest.
Demo & Appointment Booking
• Book qualified meetings and demos for the Business Development/Sales team.
• Maintain proper documentation of discussions and client expectations.
Relationship Building & Follow-up
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move opportunities forward.
• Reconnect with dormant leads and nurture long-term business relationships.
CRM & Pipeline Management
• Maintain accurate CRM records and activity updates.
• Ensure disciplined follow-up and zero lead leakage.
AI-Enabled Sales Execution
• Use AI tools for prospect research, account understanding, sales preparation, productivity, and outreach optimization.
Performance Expectations (KPIs)
• Minimum 2 qualified demos booked per working day
• Consistent contribution towards revenue generation
• CRM accuracy and follow-up discipline
• Revenue performance linked directly to incentive eligibility
• Target achievement and sales conversion mindset
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Lead Generation, Outbound Calling, BPO Sales, or Client Acquisition
• Excellent spoken English and strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with US-based customers and stakeholders
• Strong persuasion, objection handling, and negotiation abilities
• Experience using CRM systems, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales tools
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Zillow, Realtor.com, Houzz, or similar platforms is preferred
• Exposure to AI tools for research and productivity will be an advantage
• Self-driven, resilient, and highly incentive motivated
