Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a YouTube Executive, located in Noida. The YouTube Executive will be responsible for managing and executing video production and editing for our YouTube channel. Daily tasks include planning and creating video content, optimising videos for search, and ensuring consistency in quality and style. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to develop strategies that improve channel performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute YouTube advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive conversions

2. Manage and optimise YouTube channel content to ensure consistent messaging and audience engagement

3. Utilize SEO best practices to improve search visibility and drive organic traffic to our videos

4. Monitor and analyze YouTube metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align YouTube strategy with overall marketing goals

6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and algorithm changes to refine strategies and tactics

7. Provide recommendations for new content ideas and formats to enhance our YouTube presence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Video Production and Video Editing

• Strong Communication skills

• Experience in Marketing, particularly in digital platforms

• Knowledge and experience with YouTube platform and best practices

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field

• Experience in digital marketing or content creation is a plus
