Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of work experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, including areas such as consulting, sales, trade marketing, IT, supply chain, demand planning, or finance.

• A strong understanding of digital transformation processes and their impact on business change.

• Knowledge and appreciation of software delivery/development and project management practices.

• Proven experience in working with global teams and collaborating with international customers.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.

• A self-motivated, accountable team member capable of working autonomously with attention to detail.

• Experience with tools that support daily processes, such as Atlassian, Microsoft, ProdPad, and Zendesk.Proven experience in working with global teams and collaborating with international customers.
