She will be responsible for organizing meetings on daily/ weekly with key clients and annual sales target by responding to all incoming enquires to the sales department, writing, proposals, meeting clients and coordinating all issues related to sales. Reports will need to be prepares; proactive market research activity will be essential.

Job Description:
To Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming sales enquiries by telephone fax and email complete documentation, proposals to supports sales/ marketing Team.
To follow up all enquiries, preparing proposals where necessary and facilitating sites rounds with potential clients
Contracting bookings and raising invoices
Responding to and coordinating all internal meeting requests issues settlement
Assisting in implementing the sales strategy as set by the sales head and in association with the vendors including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up selling.
General Duties:
To liaise at all times with all team members and work as a team to help achieve targets.
To encourage repeat business by networking, liaison, personal initiative for client interaction with current key clients, Govt. Agencies/Decision makers.
To provide input and ideas into marketing initiatives and subsequently promote these initiatives and monitor responses.
To work closely with all Vendors/ Clients on the list and to develop and maintain relations with specialist vendors/clients.
To maintain and develop contact with professional bodies and potential clients
Qualifications:
Candidate should be Graduate (B. Tech ECE) preferred
MBA Marketing preferred
