Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & SEO Specialist to lead our search engine
optimization, paid search (Google Ads), and performance analytics efforts. This role will optimize our
online presence to drive organic traffic, ensure technical SEO best practices, and manage paid campaigns to maximize ROI.
1. Technical SEO
o Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits (site structure, page speed, crawl errors, indexation, schema markup, etc.).
o Collaborate with web developers to implement on-page and structural fixes.
o Stay updated on SEO algorithm changes and emerging best practices.
o Identify high-value keywords and map them to content strategies.
o Optimize meta tags, headlines, and site content for search engines.
o Work with content teams to maintain SEO-friendly blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets.
o Develop, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (search, display, video) to meet acquisition and ROI targets.
o Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
o Track budgets, bid strategies, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
o Set up and maintain Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, and other analytics tools to measure organic and paid performance.
o Analyze data (keyword rankings, CTR, conversions, CPA, ROAS) to inform strategic optimizations.
o Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership and cross- functional teams.
o Partner with Marketing Automation & CRM Specialist to align SEO/SEM strategies with broader customer journey goals.
o Work closely with designers, developers, and content teams to ensure website enhancements are SEO-friendly.
o Advocate for SEO and SEM best practices across the organization.
· Education & Experience
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
o 4-5+ years of experience in SEO, Google Ads, and web analytics.
o Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and managing profitable paid campaigns.
o Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
o Deep understanding of Google Ads (including Keyword Planner, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization).
o Experience with Google Analytics (preferably GA4), Google Search Console, and tag management (Google Tag Manager).
o Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts to identify on-page issues.
o Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
o Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
o Project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
o Adaptability to quickly react to new algorithm updates or competitive shifts.
o Google Ads certification(s).
o Experience with e-commerce SEO or large-scale site optimization.
o Previous experience collaborating with CRM/marketing automation platforms.
