Required Skills & Experience
- 3 to 4+ years of dedicated and recent experience specifically in Demand Forecasting (not general time-series forecasting).
-Strong expertise designing and deploying large-scale demand forecasting models across complex enterprise environments.
-Experience working with massive datasets involving millions to billions of records.
-Proven ability to develop scalable forecasting solutions supporting:
-Inventory planning, Supply chain optimization, Sales forecasting, Demand planning, Retail analytics
-Strong understanding of forecasting methodologies, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics techniques.
-Experience handling high-dimensional and high-volume forecasting problems with strong accuracy and performance optimization.
-Ability to work with cross-functional business and analytics teams to translate forecasting requirements into scalable solutions.
-Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
-Prior experience in Retail, eCommerce, CPG, or Supply Chain domains is highly preferred.
-Exposure to cloud-based analytics or big data environments is a plus.
-Experience working with enterprise-scale forecasting platforms and distributed data processing frameworks is desirable.
