We are looking for a Customer Support Trainee/Intern to join our team in Noida. This role is perfect for someone with good communication skills and a keen interest in software applications. You will be responsible for assisting customers, troubleshooting queries, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers via email, chat, and calls to resolve their queries efficiently.
