Job Summary:
• Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, SDLC (requirements, design, development, testing, release, support).
• Prepare SRS, BRD and other unified documents according to project requirements.
• Requirement Gathering, Stakeholder Management and Documentation of the project activities.
• Participate in all business-related activities, driving meetings to ensure smooth functioning of project.
• Familiar with SuccessFactors application. Require operating and maintenance knowledge on Employee Central core, Performance Management, Career development planning, Recruitment.

Required Technical Skills:
• Project management: Participating in all project phases, including planning, design, development, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go live support.
• Requirements gathering: Participating in requirements confirmation discussions and workshops.
• Fit-gap analysis: Analyzing client requirements and assessing their feasibility.
• Configuration: Configuring and implementing SuccessFactors prototypes to meet business requirements
• Testing: Participating in unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing
• Documentation: Documenting relevant business processes and workflow approvals
• Stakeholder management: Managing stakeholder expectations and escalations.
• Communication: Having strong communication skills.
• Problem-solving: Having strong problem-solving skills.
• Analytical thinking: Having strong analytical thinking skills.
• Team management: Having strong team management skills.
• Client management skills and the ability to work with various clients across geographies (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication - capable at communicating ideas and solutions through either a written format (e.g., email) or verbal formats (e.g., face-to-face or via telephone); ability to communicate need for clarification and guidance from management.

Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors and Service Now application
• Ability to write user stories in Microsoft ADO
• Managing tickets in ServiceNow Platform.
