Role Overview:

As a Sales Executive at Pitch N Hire, you will be the driving force behind generating leads, converting them into clients, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of Pitch N Hire's products and services to confidently articulate their value proposition to clients.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate new leads through cold calling (daily 100 calls), inbound / outbound calls, networking, and attending industry events.
Client Conversion: Convert leads into clients by understanding their needs, presenting our solutions, and effectively handling objections.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through diligent follow-ups and strategic sales tactics.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Reporting & Data Management : Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and lead status to ensure transparency and effective strategy adjustments.
Event Participation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate new business opportunities.
Required Qualification & Core Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Software Technology, Communications, or a related field.
A strong passion for sales and a drive to meet and exceed targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Active Listening Skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

Resilience and perseverance skills to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients.
Desired Skills:
Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred.
Recruitment Industry exposure, Job board / ATS exposure or recruitment understanding is plus.
Tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies.
Knowledge of various online portals will be an added advantage.
