Role Overview:

As an Event Manager at Pitch N Hire, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, such as corporate events, recruitment fairs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that each event runs smoothly with minimum expenses and meets our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Planning and Coordination: Develop and manage event plans from inception to completion, timelines, budgets, and logistics etc.

  • Budget & Sponsorship Management: Identify Sponsors, Create and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial constraints.

  • Vendor Management: Identify and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure services such as catering, AV equipment, and venue space.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on event objectives and deliverables.

  • On-Site Management: Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, ensuring all aspects are in place and functioning as intended.

  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies to drive attendance and engagement.

  • Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
    Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully organizing events.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Public relations & Media Planning Skills

  • Event Management Skill

  • Proficiency in event management software and tools.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.

  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in event planning or management (e.g., Certified Meeting Professional).

  • Experience with recruitment or HR-related events.

  • Corpoarate Events
