Zoho CRM Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain existing Zoho applications and integrations.

• Perform system administration, configuration, and customization across Zoho products.

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, system issues, and user-reported problems.

• Configure and optimize workflows, automation rules, blueprints, approvals, and business processes within Zoho CRM.

• Develop and enhance applications using Zoho Creator.

• Support and optimize marketing workflows using Zoho Marketing Automation (ZMA).

• Configure and leverage Zia Agents to improve operational efficiency and automation.

• Implement enhancements to the opportunity management process based on existing business requirements and solution designs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Zoho solutions.

• Perform testing, deployment, and documentation of system changes.

• Ensure data integrity, security, and system performance across the Zoho ecosystem.

• Provide user support, training, and best-practice recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience working with the Zoho ecosystem.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Zoho CRM (ZCRM)

  • Zoho Creator

  • Zoho Marketing Automation (ZMA)

  • Zia Agents

• Experience with Zoho workflow automation, Blueprints, Deluge scripting, and custom functions.

• Strong understanding of CRM administration, user management, roles, profiles, and permissions.

• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

• Ability to configure and customize business processes with minimal supervision.

• Knowledge of API integrations and third-party system connectivity.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
