We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team. The role involves leading end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA implementations for a major client. This position will work in a hybrid mode, collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.
Key responsibilities
Lead SAP implementation, rollout and upgrade projects from initiation to go‑live.
Define project scope, timeline, milestones, budget and deliverables.
Manage cross‑functional SAP teams including functional, technical, basis and integration experts.
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and maintain project governance.
Monitor progress, handle escalations, maintain RAID logs and drive status meetings.
Facilitate steering committee meetings and client reviews.
Ensure quality, compliance and timely delivery of solutions.
Required qualifications
9+ years of experience delivering full‑lifecycle SAP projects.
Proven end‑to‑end SAP Project Management experience, including 2‑3 complete implementations.
Hands‑on expertise with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.
Deep knowledge of at least one SAP module (e.g., MM, SD, FICO, PP, WM, BASIS, ABAP).
Strong skills in project planning, budgeting, resource allocation and risk management.
Nice to have
PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification.
Experience coordinating onsite‑offshore teams and stakeholder management.
Familiarity with multiple SAP modules.
Demonstrated ability to lead hybrid work‑mode projects.
