We are seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on building robust UI automation frameworks with Playwright and conducting performance testing across applications.
Key responsibilities
Develop and maintain UI automation frameworks using Playwright.
Create and execute smoke, regression, sanity, and functional automation tests.
Design and run performance, load, stress, and endurance tests.
Develop performance scripts with JMeter or similar tools and analyze results.
Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA teams.
Mentor junior QA engineers and promote testing best practices.
Maintain reusable and scalable automation scripts.
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in software testing/automation.
Strong hands‑on expertise with Playwright.
Extensive experience in performance testing using JMeter or equivalent.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Python and API testing.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Nice to have
Familiarity with Selenium and Page Object Model design.
Knowledge of SQL and database validation.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
