Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate effectively with business and technical teams to deliver SAP TM solutions.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

• Configure and support SAP TM functionalities and business processes.

• Participate in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

• Work independently on deliverables and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend process optimizations.

• Follow risk management, compliance, and governance standards.

• Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders and clients.

• Contribute to COE initiatives and support cross-competency activities.

• Uphold organizational ethics and professional conduct standards.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 6–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM).

• Strong experience integrating SAP TM with SAP SD.

• Experience in configuring and managing

• Freight Orders

• Freight Contracts

• Freight Settlement & Posting

• Post Processing Framework (PPF)

• Business Rules Framework (BRF+)

• Event Management

• Parcel / LTL Processes

• EDI Integration

• TM Enterprise Structure

• Freight Unit Building & Management

• Trip Planning, Load Planning & Optimization

• Selection Profile & Planning Profile

• Carrier Invoice Integration

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Embedded TM implementations.

• SAP TM Certification.

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager.

• Integration experience with SAP MM, EWM, and GTS modules.

• Experience with support/ticketing tools such as:

• ServiceNow

• Jira

•  HPQC / MQC

• Solution Manager

• Exposure to EDI/IDOC interface monitoring.

• Good command of English communication skills.
