The consultant will be responsible for:
Configuring technician profiles, skills, certifications, crews, calendars, shifts, availability, tools, and equipment.
Implementing work prioritization, automated scheduling, multi-resource scheduling, workload balancing, travel-time optimization, and cost optimization.
Enabling automated dispatch, real-time work updates, proactive rescheduling, conflict alerts, GPS tracking, geofencing, and performance dashboards.
Integrating FSM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, mobile field applications, and relevant utility processes.
Supporting connection and additional-connection services, appointments, move-in/move-out, NOC field visits, meter reading, inspection, installation, removal, and replacement.
Supporting disconnection and reconnection for AMI and CT meters and other customer-related service-order processes.
Conducting configuration, integration testing, user training, deployment, and go-live support.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on SAP FSM implementation experience covering workforce scheduling, dispatching, mobile integration, real-time field monitoring, and integration with SAP S/4HANA and utility customer-service processes.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience integrating SAP S/4HANA EAM with enterprise GIS platforms, including asset-data mapping, bidirectional synchronization, spatial visualization, map-based work management, data governance, and integration testing.
