CLM Consultant - ContractpodAI / Leah and Ironclad.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze client requirements and design tailored CLM solutions using ContractpodAI, Leah, and Ironclad platforms.

• Configure and customize CLM workflows, templates, and approval processes to optimize contract management efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, procurement, and IT to gather and validate business needs.

• Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users to ensure successful adoption of CLM tools.

• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to maintain platform performance.

• Develop documentation including process maps, user guides, and configuration manuals for CLM solutions.

• Manage integrations between CLM solutions and other enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP platforms.

• Monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend continuous improvements in contract lifecycle management.

Requirements :

• Proven experience implementing and managing CLM platforms, specifically ContractpodAI, Leah, and Ironclad.

• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management principles and legal contract workflows.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical configurations and process designs.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with legal, technical, and business stakeholders.

• Experience with system integration, data migration, and user training for CLM implementations.

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities within contract timelines.

• Familiarity with compliance regulations and risk management practices related to contracts.
