Job Description

1.       Position: Detailing Engineer.

2.       Company: PEB

3.       Qualification: Diploma/BE-Mechanical/Civil/Electrical

4.       Experience: 4 – 5 Years.

5.       Location: Nagpur.

6.       Responsibility:

·       Preparing Tender and BOQs & review & checking of drawings.

·       Prepare budgets, schedules and project status reports.

·       Must be capable of reading Piping, Mechanical and Electrical GA drawings.

·       Detailing of Primary and secondary member drawing using AUTOCAD/Creo.

·       Preparation of GA drawings of PEB.

·       Preparation of layouts for making fabrication drawings

·       Preparation of Part mark plan & Primary drawings.

·       Preparation of Secondary drawings.

·       Preparation of Shipper list after finalizing the detailed drawings.

·       Preparation of Erection drawings after finalizing of all detailed drawings.

·       Preparation of approval drawings, fab drawings & BOM for tower.

·       Estimating the total weight & material quantities required for the tower.

·       Checking & finalizing of erection drawings.

·       Modify & revise structure drawings, shop drawings & Bill of Material received from client a fter the final corrections has been done.

·       Monitoring CRR and Actual Tonnage of project.

7.       Skills -

Ø  Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Ø  Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
