Job Description –
1) Position – Accounts Officer.
2) Company – Development Sector.
3) Experience – Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field with exposure to Financial Accounting Package.
4) Qualification- Postgraduate and Graduate with a relevant degree in Accounts Keeping.
5) Location – Bhatinda
6) Responsibility –
· To be responsible for handling day-to-day accountings, maintaining & planning of funds as required and applicable for different activities on a daily basis for the location, and take additional responsibility for handling accounts for other locations as required.
· To coordinate with the Programme Manager for finalization of the budget and fund requisition.
· To liaison with the bank authorities, bank auditors & statutory auditors as required.
· To assist the seniors for making the monthly budgets as and when it's required.
· To maintain track of all statutory dues to facilitate timely payments of the same
· To be responsible for the calculation of Tax of employees on salaries.
· To Prepare Bank Reconciliation /Budget Statements /Reports etc as applicable.
· To prepare Accounts Statements & MIS reports as required by seniors /Management.
· To coordinate and be responsible for all financial/accounting operations to be undertaken as required by the Management and draw immediate attention to any deviances.
· To make regular field visits, and payments of beneficiaries in the field along with field staff.
· To carry random surprise checks of financial dealings in the villages/audit of work done.
· To assist the Project staff when required for organizing events/promotional activities/camps /training programs etc at the location.
To support the location for basic administration, maintenance of records, and office upkeep.
