Entry-Level Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Data Reporting Specialist.

About the role We are looking for an Entry‑Level Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence & Data Reporting team. You will turn raw data into actionable insights, supporting decision‑making across the organization while developing your analytical and visualization skills.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources with SQL and Python.

• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, outliers, and performance metrics.

• Produce regular and ad‑hoc Excel‑based reports for internal stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.

• Document data definitions, reporting processes, and visualization standards.

• Support the BI team in data‑quality audits and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Python.

• Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques.

• Strong data‑visualization skills and an eye for clear, concise reporting.

• Effective written and verbal communication for presenting insights to non‑technical audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a comparable discipline.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

• Experience with ETL tools or data‑pipeline frameworks.

• Basic knowledge of machine‑learning concepts or predictive modeling.

• Prior internship or project work involving real‑world data sets.
