Telecaller.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, explaining our products/services, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Explain company products and services to clients.

• Generate and qualify leads.

• Follow up with existing and potential customers.

• Schedule meetings, demos, or appointments for the sales team.

• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.

• Handle customer inquiries professionally.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.

• Update CRM and maintain customer databases.

Requirements

• Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
